You should never accuse someone of cheating. At least not without some sort of hard evidence. Wrongly accusing your girlfriend of being unfaithful can backfire on you.
You'll be releived that she is not seeing anyone else, but she is going to feel like you don't trust her. This could cause an unnecessary rift in your relationship.
There are some proven behavior changes that could mean she is not being honest with you. Here are the 5 signs your girlfriends cheating.
1) Change of Appearance
People in relationships that are comfortable with their boyfriend usually dress in every day casual clothes. Unless She is attending an important event she probably lounges in comfortable clothes.
When women are cheating they often get very picky about how they look. Spending unusually long amounts of time applying make up, wearing sexier clothes and underwear could mean she is seeing someone new. A Sudden change in hair color for no reason is also a red flag.
For their boyfriend they feel like they look fine, but for someone new you must dress for success. This is usually a dead giveaway.
2) Acts Strange on the Phone
Does your girlfriend quickly hang up the phone when you are around? Or does she talk really loud when on the phone? Strange phone habits is a good sign of deception.
Hanging up quickly is so you don't find out who she is talking with. Talking loudly is an act of trying to seem like nothing wrong is going on while signaling the person on the other end of the phone that they are not free to talk. If she has nothing to hide she wouldn't mind you knowing who she was talking too.
3) Spiritual Journey
This phrase has been coined by a number of cheating women over the years. She claims that she is in a tough place in life and is going through a "spiritual journey". Unless she is traveling to a sacred holy land she is trying to get space so she can see her lover more often.
This phrase is most popular right before someone begins cheating and shortly after. If you hear this phrase she may not have done anything yet, but she is planning on it.
4) Covering Tracks
There are lots of ways today for cheating girlfriends to communicate with out their boyfriend finding out. With cell phones, emails and text messages the history can be deleted leaving you none the wiser.
What makes this great for catching a cheater is that your average person doesn't delete messages immediately. Not all the time anyway. Unless you are doing something wrong their is no need to be so diligent as to always erase your contacts.
Check her cell phone and email communication history for a few days. If she always deletes everything you should beware. Covering your tracks is cheating 101.
5) Seems Distant
Women love to discuss their day with their boyfriend. All the ups and downs and everywhere in between. Its this highly vocal nature that could make a cheating girlfriend obvious.
Typically when women cheat its not simply a sexual thing. Sex may be involved, but a relationship to women involves communication and emotions. If she has suddenly not been interested in sharing her day with you, or talking at all, she could very well be sharing these thoughts and stories with someone else.
By the time she sees you she may have already talked about her day. After a while women start to mix up the men in their life and lose track of what they told to each one. This is called an emotional affair and if given time will turn to a sexual affair.
Any one of the signs your girlfriends cheating could mean anything. Maybe she felt like sprucing up a bit with make up or maybe she is in a bad mood and not talkative. If 2 or more of these signs fits your relationship something is going on. If she isn't cheating yet, there is a strong chance that she will be soon.
